  1. Agreement Acceptance

    By browsing or purchasing items from our site, you agree fully to these Terms, alongside our Return, Shipping & Privacy Policies. If you disagree, you may not use our store. We may update terms at any time; continued site use equals acceptance of changes.
  2. Purchasing Rules

    You must be 18+ to place orders. All billing & shipping data you submit must be truthful. We reserve the right to cancel orders for invalid info, stock shortages, or payment errors. All prices exclude local import tax, VAT, and delivery fees, calculated at checkout automatically.
  3. Account Security

    If you create an account, you are responsible for your login credentials and all actions under your account. Notify support right away for unauthorized login. Account abuse will lead to permanent suspension.
  4. Shipping & Customs

    Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Buyers bear all customs duties and local import fees. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed packages caused by couriers or customs inspections. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
  5. Returns & Refunds

    All returns follow our dedicated Return & Refund Policy. Opened beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; only sealed unused items qualify for 30-day returns. Final sale items are non-refundable.
  6. Intellectual Property

    All site images, text, logos and branding belong exclusively to Tower 28 Beauty. No unauthorized commercial copying or redistribution is permitted.
  7. Liability Limits

    Our cosmetics are for external use only; we make no medical treatment claims. We shall not cover indirect damages arising from product use or site access. Our maximum compensation equals your total order payment amount.
