Orders ship within 1–3 working days after payment. No shipment on weekends & holidays.

Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $75 USD. Expedited shipping available for extra fees.
International Customs Notice
All import duties, VAT and clearance fees are paid by the customer. We do not refund cross-border tax costs. Customers must comply with local cosmetic import laws.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package leaves our warehouse.
Lost / Damaged / Returned Packages
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
- Lost/stolen parcel claims require contact within 14 days of shipment.
- Undeliverable returned parcels will require the buyer to cover round-trip shipping fees for re-delivery.
